IHSE is a leading provider of advanced KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) devices in global demand. KVM technology allows the switching, extension and conversion of these three primary computer signals and many others including DVI, HDMI, digital audio or USB. IHSE products have been certificated for outstanding manufacturing quality, operability, resilience and enormous transfer speeds. Many renowned institutions across vertical sectors, including Broadcast and Post Production rely on KVM solutions made by IHSE. The company offers a complete line of DVI and HDMI video extenders over Cat-X or Fiber optic cables for “mission critical” video and data access.
Broadcast and Post Production
State-of-the-art broadcast studios and post production suites depend on KVM technology in their workflow. A KVM system provides professional broadcasters with direct access to data and video from their individual workstations. Distribution of content at the highest video resolutions can be achieved with no latency or video artifacts and centrally-managed access rights allow individual user assignment. Major television broadcasters count on IHSE’s outstanding KVM product performance to provide the highest quality in both play-back and live-venue contribution. The Draco tera enterprise line of large KVM matrix switches is renowned in the broadcast and production communities as a reliable, high performance choice when mission critical production is demanded.

KVM matrix switch (with 8, 16, 32, 48, 64 and 80 ports) designed for small and mid-size installations
The Draco tera compact is available with fiber and Cat X ports as well as hybrid versions for both kinds of modules. The matrix switch offers highest performance and attractively priced solution for small and mid-size installations.
Digital KVM Extenders
Draco vario DVI
DVI, USB, RS232, PS/2 signals up to 10 km
The Draco vario product family is a modular approach to extenders that allows customization for most applications. Each extender option can be installed in one of the unique frame assemblies. Four frame types are available - 2, 4, 6, or 21 cards per frame. Each DVI extender supports high resolution video up to 1920 X 1200 and USB-HID signals for mouse/ keyboard or other USB pointing devices.
Draco vario HDMI
Use the Draco vario HDMI extender to extend video signals without entailing any loss of quality up to 10 km. Pictures are displayed without delay, brilliantly clear and in highest resolutions, including full HD and 2K. Even 3D formats can be transmitted fast and without difficulty. Experience excellent sound data with finest details by digital audio transmission via HDMI. Take advantage of highest flexibility: For interconnections both, Cat X and fiber, can be used.
Draco CPU Switch
Remotely located switching between 8 VGA sources
The Draco CPU Switch allows you to switch between eight VGA computers together with the respective audio and USB signals. It also comprises the extension of the selected and digitized signal to a remotely located workstation. The Draco CPU Switch replaces eight traditional CPU units and includes an 8:1 switch: Eight source computers are connected by VGA cables to the CPU Unit, which is further connected to a user workstation by one interconnect cable. The operator can access any of the eight connected sources from the console. The extender operates as an 8-input, 1-output KVM switch and includes front-panel LEDs to indicate the active computer. Analog VGA video signals are converted to DVI within the extender and scaled using Draco vario image scaling, which is ideal for modern, high-resolution, monitors.
Draco Ultra KVM extender for DisplayPort 4K
The 490 extender separates your UHD (4K) video display, keyboard and mouse up to 10k away from your CPU or server to provide a quiet, clutter-free work environment for broadcast and post-production technicians. Perfect image quality up to 4096 X 2160@60Hz and full 4:4:4, 24 bit are supported. Read Press Release
