Maxwell 4

Rendering Toolkit for Visualization
Maxwell – 3D rendering software for architects and designers. Maxwell is legendary for its quality and realism, and delivers great results via a simple set-up, which lets you focus on lighting. For freelancers, project managers, visualizers & designers. Maxwell has the tools for you (and your team).

Why Use Maxwell?

Maxwell Multilight
Forget endless test rendering and enjoy creative improvising on-the-fly. Improve your designs through lighting. Make lighting animations in an instant. Save time. Save time. And save time. And do it all from just one render. This is the power of the mighty Multilight.

The highly acclaimed Multilight™ feature removes the need to re-render an image when light changes are required. Multilight™ and Multilight™ Standalone allows you to change the intensities of lights and scene emitters during and after the rendering process, so you can tweak the lighting set up over and over, saving out as many images of the same scene as you like-all from just a single render. Save an infinite number of images under different lighting conditions with just ONE render?  No extra render time? This is Multilight™!

Maxwell has a fully integrated workflow so that you can set-up render scenes from the comfort of your usual 3d/CAD platform - Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3dsMax, MODO, Cinema 4D and more.

Maxwell Integrations offer an easy workflow which allow you to compose, edit and render your scenes from a simple toolbar inside your usual 3D application. Maxwell Integrations come with the full Maxwell toolkit – including:
  • Maxwell Production Engine
  • Multilight™
  • FIRE (interactive preview engine)
  • Materials Editor
  • Real camera model
  • Network tools
Maxwell connects with the following post-production platforms to make your workflow easy from end-to-end: Photoshop, NUKE, Adobe After Effects.

Maxwell NUKE
Maxwell | Nuke offers seamless integration with Nuke, allowing you to work comfortably within the Nuke interface. It allows you to load MXI files into a Nuke file. The Maxwell Render Image format (MXI) is a very rich container that can include all channels/passes that Maxwell Render generates, so you can access all of them in Nuke.

Maxwell Studio
Maxwell Studio is a sophisticated independent scene editor with a full 3D environment, offering an alternative workflow for those Maxwell Render users that work with 3D or CAD applications that we do not currently offer a plug-in for.
